“Our baby girl Charlie has had WORM since she was born, but her older brother (aged 8) quickly decided he wanted it too! It's become a big part of our family bedtime routine, and it's been especially lovely seeing how much comfort and confidence it's given our son as he's learned to settle more independently.”
“WORM was the most-used thing after my boobs when she was a newborn! We took it everywhere. My favourite was using it for a little extra support while feeding lying down. It made those early feeding moments so much more comfortable. Now she loves curling up with WORM during our evening wind-down. It's become such a familiar comfort in our home.”
“We love WORM! Dani has had it from day one, and it's helped so much with settling in the evenings. It's become a familiar part of our wind-down routine, especially during those moments when we're getting ready to move from cuddles in our arms to his cot. He gets so excited when he sees it!”
“We had one of the early WORM prototypes for our daughter Eve, but her older brother kept stealing it! We finally got one for both kids.WORM has been a sleep saver in our family. It's become a key part of our bedtime routine, helping the kids feel safe and settled. In the early days, when Eve wanted to be held constantly, WORM came to the rescue during so many cuddles and quiet moments together. Now WORM (aka Squiggles) is such a familiar part of our evening routine. She absolutely loves it!”

Care
The outer case and inner form can be separated and washed individually. Always follow the care instructions for each component.
Remove the heat sack before washing. The heat sack is not washable.
A little extra warmth.
Tucked inside WORM's head is a removable heat sack, made from 100% cotton and filled with natural clay beads.
Why clay beads?
We wanted warmth without the wheat, rice or seeds commonly found in heat packs. Natural grain fillings can attract unwanted pests and are vulnerable to moisture and mold.
Clay beads gave us the warmth we wanted, without food-based fillings or plastic pellets. Simple, natural materials. Just how we like it.
How to warm your WORM
An adult simply removes the heat sack, warms it in the microwave with a small glass of water, following the exact heating instructions on its label, and gently shapes it to distribute the warmth evenly.
Always check the temperature before placing the sack back inside WORM's head pocket. It should feel comfortably warm, never hot.
A little extra warmth. A little extra snuggly.
A little heat housekeeping
- Adults only for heating. Always follow the instructions printed on the heat sack.
- Test the temperature on your wrist or with a thermometer before use.
- Never use the sack if torn, damaged or showing signs of overheating.
- Keep it dry. The natural filling cannot be washed.
- Replace after two years of regular use, or sooner if a burning smell develops.
- Never leave an infant unattended with WORM or its heat sack. WORM must not be placed in an infant's sleep space.
A little weight. A lot of thought.
Why glass beads?
Many weighted products use poly pellets, tiny plastic beads made from petroleum-derived materials.
We wanted to do things differently.
Distributed:
WORM's weight is distributed across six individually secured sections, each featuring our uniquely engineered internal channel system. The glass beads have just enough freedom to move naturally with WORM's flexible body, while the design helps prevent them from gathering or bunching in one place.
The result? Weight that stays beautifully balanced, with the flexibility to bend, wrap and snuggle.
Protective :
The glass beads are enclosed inside stitched fabric sacks, with each sack secured within its own channel inside WORM's outer case. Multiple protective layers of fabric and stitching help keep the beads contained.
Safety first. Sleep second.
WORM has undergone independent testing against applicable toy safety standards, including EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3. We know children don't always handle their favourite things gently. That's why we've put so much thought into WORM's construction and testing.
If your WORM shows any signs of tearing, damage, loose stitching or weakness, stop using it immediately and get in touch with us.
We're here to help. Always.
Comfort that keeps growing.
WORM was designed with GROWING FAMILIES in mind.
Can babies use WORM?
WORM can be used for supervised activities while your baby is awake, with an adult present and actively watching.
Under 24 months
- Never leave your child alone with WORM.
- WORM is not intended for infant sleep.
- Never place WORM in a baby's cot, crib, bassinet or sleep space.
- If your baby becomes sleepy or falls asleep, remove WORM and place them in a safe sleep space.
24 months and older
Reaching 24 months does not automatically mean WORM is suitable for unsupervised use or sleep. Always consider your child's individual development, strength, mobility and ability to move WORM away from their face independently. If your child has a medical condition, breathing difficulties, reduced mobility or any condition that may affect their ability to move or respond during sleep, consult their doctor before considering sleep use.
If you're ever unsure about using WORM safely, please get in touch. We're always happy to help.
More about safer sleeping guidelines:

I'm ageless! It's not really about how old you are, but how you use me at each stage of life. In the early days, I'm here for a little extra support during feeding, cuddling and quiet moments together. As you grow, I can become that familiar, comforting companion you turn to for calm, winding down and rest. Something soft to hold onto, lean into and feel at home with.
Yes! I've been carefully designed for those everyday moments with your baby and independently tested against applicable toy safety standards. My outer fabric is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton and is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. Lots of goodness in me!
But here's the catch. For babies under 24 months, NEVER leave me unattended with your little one. I'm here for supervised moments together, whether that's feeding, cuddling or winding down. Always remove me before your baby is left alone to sleep.
You might wonder, what's the point then? Well, it's about building familiarity from the very beginning.
There's a little more to the story, and some important nuances worth understanding.

Of course! Life gets messy. And remember, I was designed by a mum who also happens to be a product designer. She'd never make something for families that couldn't be washed!
My outer cover and inner form are both machine washable. Just give me a gentle wash and let me air dry naturally. My outer cover is made from 100% organic cotton, so a little TLC goes a long way.
Underneath my head is a little pocket holding a removable pouch filled with NATURAL CLAY BEADS. Simply take the pouch out, heat it in the microwave following the instructions, and always check the temperature before use. Babies are especially sensitive to heat, so make sure it's not too hot. Pop the pouch back into its pocket and enjoy a little extra warmth and comfort.
I have carefully placed weighted channels filled with tiny glass beads. Each channel has been thoughtfully engineered to allow natural movement while keeping my weight evenly distributed. So I stay soft, flexible and comforting to hold.
